Welcome to the Club Donatello owners cyber-lounge. In this section, you will find news and information useful to Club Donatello owners, including contact information, Board and Committee meeting minutes, how to donate your Club Donatello time to a charity, and information about volunteering for one of the approved Board committees. It costs the Club Donatello thousands of dollars each year for printing and mailing notices and Club documents. Would you like to help keep these costs down? If so, sign up now to receive formal CDOA documents (annual meeting notice, billing package, Communiqué, proxies, and similar official Club notifications) by e-mail. Club Owners:
For Club Donatello reservations (Owner use time or bonus time), go to Owner Reservations.
Committee and Board Member Volunteers:
Board and Committee meetings are posted on the Board Calendar for the current calendar year. Stay informed. For your convenience, and for effective planning by the Management Team, RSVP forms will be posted on this Web site at least six to eight weeks in advance of the meeting. To ensure a room and seat(s) at the Board dinner, you must notify Administration and Reservations at least two weeks in advance of the meeting dates.

Some Club documents are in PDF file format and require Acrobat Reader for viewing. Most personal computers already have Acrobat Reader or equivalent software installed. If not, Acrobat is free and you can download it from Adobe Systems.
